Based off of taste, easiness to cook, and awesomeness... these are our favorite meals to cook!
There are many different methods of approaching meal prep. Some like to prep a few “staples” and do some light cooking with yummy, healthy recipes on a daily basis. Some people like to package every single meal or lunch for up to 3-5 days in advance. (Refrigerate 3 days worth of food, freeze the rest until the night before- thaw in the fridge)

Understand what foods are healthy and which are not. Create your own meals by mixing and matching each one of the food groups below. Make sure to always include a protein, carb, healthy fat and vegetable in all meals. Follow your meal plan for portions.
As a trainer I get questions such as “what I should eat?” ALL THE TIME. Don’t get me wrong this is an important question to consider when trying to reach your fitness goals and we will answer it during the challenge. However, it’s only part of the equation. If lasting fitness goals are to be achieved we must first attack the problem at the ROOT. That includes taking a deep and hard look at your current lifestyle habits and figuring out which ones are most holding you back. Then replacing those bad habits with healthy ones!
The following healthy eating habits summarize the biggest and most effective eating lifestyle changes that produce the best results. Start off with #1 and proceed to the next item once you’ve got the hang of it. Honestly, if you master these habits you will be light years ahead of most people.
