Based off of taste, easiness to cook, and awesomeness... these are our favorite meals to cook!
INGREDIENTS:
If there is an ingredient in the recipe that you don't like, feel free to remove it or substitute it with another healthy ingredient instead.
ex: a recipe calls for asparagus, replace it with broccoli, zucchini, spinach, etc
Green? Replace it with a green.
Fruit? Replace it with a fruit.
Whole grain? Replace it with a whole grain.
