BREAKFAST: Turkey Bacon & Spinach Omelette

Macros for 1 Serving:

PRO: 23 g.  CARBS: 0 g.  FATS: 14 g. 

INGREDIENTS:

Handful of spinach
3 tbsp chopped onion
2 strips of turkey bacon
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
Cooking spray

Seasonings:
1/4 tsp  Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop onions and saute handful of spinach in a pan,
Cook your turkey bacon in the microwave or on stovetop until crisp. Crumble up the bacon after it has cooled.
Sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes. Use cooking spray in the pan, so the eggs don’t stick later on!
In a bowl mix the onions, spinach, eggs, turkey bacon and seasoning.
Tilt pan in a circular motion to spread egg. Use a spatula to keep the eggs from sticking to the pan. Flip after the bottom side is cooked.
