Granola Macaroons

Macros for 1 Serving:

PRO: 7 g.  CARBS: 11 g.  FATS: 12 g.

INGREDIENTS:
⅔ c unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
1 egg white

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk egg white and set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and then add the egg white. Drop into teaspoon size pieces onto baking sheet. You can shape balls with your hands if you desire. Bake or around 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. Eat on yogurt, mix with dried fruit, or enjoy by themselves
