3 Ingredient Protein Bars

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 medium ripe banana
1/3 cup (78 grams) oats
1 scoop Protein Powder
1-2 T. Almond milk (or just enough to be able to stir)
Optional:
Add 3/4 Tbsp. (11.25 grams) Peanut Butter
Crushed walnuts
Raisins
Chocolate chips
Dried cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mash your peeled bananas in a bowl with a fork ~ mash well!
2. Add in the scoop of Protein and keep mixing.
3. Depending on how ripe your bananas are, you may need to add a few drops of almond milk or water to make your dough the right consistency.
4. Lastly, mix in the oats. This is also the time you can add any other toppings you like!
5. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
6. Either eat immediately or take out of the bowl and wrap in saran wrap for later.
7. Keep in the freezer and thaw slightly before eating.
