INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons (30 grams) chia seeds
2 tablespoons (30 grams) protein powder
¾ cup (78 ml) almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend banana, protein powder, and almond milk.
2. Pour into a container and stir in chia seeds.
3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set, or overnight.
