3 tablespoons (45 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
6 oz (170 .1 grams) Chobani 0% Greek Yogurt (or 2%, flavored or unflavored)
3/4 cup (177.4 ml) skim milk
1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey, maple syrup, or agave
1 tablespoon (15 grams) peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
