INGREDIENTS:
1 Scoop of Ideal Lean or your favorite protein shake
1/2 C (118.3 grams) strawberries, diced
1 Cup (237 ml) unsweetened almond milk
Optional:
Stevia
Greek Yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend all ingredients with ice into a smoothie.
2. Try adding 1T. lime juice for a refreshing twist!
3. Add Stevia to sweeten and Greek Yogurt to change texture up
