INGREDIENTS:
1 Scoop of Ideal Lean or your favorite protein shake
1/2 medium banana
1 Cup (237 ml) unsweetened almond milk
Optional:
Stevia
Greek Yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend all ingredients with ice into a refreshing smoothie!
2. Try using a frozen banana to make it extra creamy!
3. Add Stevia to sweeten and Greek Yogurt to change texture up
