INGREDIENTS:
1½ pounds brussels sprouts
Cooking spray
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
½ cup balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash, trim and half brussels sprouts. Put them on a large sheet pan. Spray with cooking spray and toss with salt and pepper.
Roast for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until browned evenly.
Balsamic Reduction
While brussels sprouts are roasting, pour ½ cup vinegar into a medium saucepan. Heat to a simmer. Simmer for about 10 minutes until reduced by half.
Spoon warm balsamic reduction over brussels sprouts.
