Avocado Tuna Salad Sandwich

Macros for 1 Serving:

PRO: 27 g.  CARB: 26 g.  FATS: 15 g.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (5 ounce) can wild albacore tuna
1 medium avocado
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalked, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4  onion chopped
2 cups Romaine lettuce
2 slices Multi Grain Bread (Dave's Killer Bread if available)



DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado.
Minus romaine lettuce, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add seasonings/spices to taste.
Spread tuna mixture over a slice of bread and add lettuce on top.
Enjoy!   

(Optional) Tuna Melt: Add  a sprinkle of cheese on top of tuna mixture and bread, place in oven for just long enough to melt cheese. Take out of oven, then add lettuce on top (diced tomato on top also taste good) and Enjoy!
