1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/4 cup cooked rice
½ cup salsa
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook rice according to directions on the package.
Set a nonstick skillet on medium-high heat and lightly spray with calorie-free cooking spray.
Add ground turkey and cook till brown.
Mix turkey, rice, and salsa together and serve with steamed veggies of your choice.
