Salsa Chicken Tacos (High-Carb)

Macros for 1 Serving:

PRO: 29 g.  CARBS: 14 g.  FATS: 11 g. 

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 oz.  chicken breast
1/2 c. salsa
2 corn tortillas 
Optional: taco seasoning for extra spiciness and flavor
Toppings of your choice:
Shredded lettuce
Pico de gallo salsa
Chopped Onion
1/8 c. Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp Sour cream
1 tbsp Guacamole or 1/4 Avocado

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place chicken breast in a slow cooker and cover with 1/2 cup salsa. Toss until the chicken is covered.
3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 6-8 hours), or until the chicken shreds easily with a fork.
Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and toss with more salsa/pico de gallo if chicken is dry.
Roll chicken and any desired toppings up in a corn tortilla and enjoy!
