INGREDIENTS:
4-5 oz. chicken breast
1 c. Green Veggies of choice
Balsamic, Garlic, and Basil Marinade:
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Seasonsings to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl, or mix in a gallon zip top bag for an even easier way to marinate your chicken.
Marinate the chicken for at least 15-30 minutes. Shake off excess oil before grilling.
Cook marinated chicken on grill.
Serve with 1 cup green veggies of your choice.
