INGREDIENTS:
4-5 oz of chicken tenderloins
1 c. Green Veggies of choice
Marinade:
2 tbsp hot sauce or buffalo sauce
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 garlic clove or minced
Season to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken on each side for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
While the chicken is grilling, add the hot sauce, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and garlic to a medium saucepan.
Place the pan on the grill grates and stir to melt all together.
Dip the chicken into the saucepan to coat and then grill for another minute on each side.
Add 1 c. Green veggies of choice and place in tupperware for meal prep with chicken.
