INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 c. almond flour
2 3/4 tsp. baking powder (if using baking soda use half and omit salt)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 to 1 c. water
Toppings: (stick to high fat items)
Olives
BBQ Sauce (Sugar Free, yes its real)
Pesto
Keto Marinara Sauce (see pg. 50)
Full Fat Mozzarella Cheese
4 Strips Bacon
1 Chicken breast (See “Zesty Herb Grilled Chicken” Recipe in this cookbook)
10-15 Pepperoni and or Salami slices
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix dry ingredients. add 3/4 cup water and oil.
2. Stir until it forms a ball. If dough is stiff, add more water.
3. The dough will be soft, not sticky. Knead on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes.
4. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
5. Spread sauce. We prefer to use pesto, or NO SUGAR added marinara, or BBQ sauce.
6. Place meats and cheese on top
7. Insert back in oven for 5 minutes
