INGREDIENTS:
2 Tilapia fillets
4 tablespoons Savory Herb or Ghee Butter
2 tbsp Keto Cream Sauce (see pg. 50)
1 cup vegetable of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place one fish fillet in center of each sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Season with sea salt and pepper, if desired. Top each fillet with 2 tablespoons Savory Herb Butter. Bring up foil sides; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.
2. Grill over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning packet over halfway through cook time.
3. Serve with 2 tbsp of Fatty Cream Sauce on top each fillet.
4. Serve with 1 cup Vegetables of choice (1 tbsp melted Fatty Cream Sauce on top of vegetables tastes Bomb!)
