Baked Salmon with Spinach & Pesto

Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS:

2 Salmon Fish fillets
4 tablespoons Savory Herb or 
Ghee Butter
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 cups Spinach, Broccoli or Asparagus
2 tbsp Pesto sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Set oven to 405 degrees
2. Wrap foil around a pan and place fish on pan
3. Season fish fillets with 2 tbsp butter on each, garlic, onion, cayenne, and choice of Mrs. Dash seasoning
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes
5. Divide into separate meal containers with 1 cup of Spinach, Broccoli or Asparagus
6. Top with 1 Tbsp Pesto Sauce on each Fillet.
