INGREDIENTS:
1/2 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (We recommend TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen Peptides)
1 tbsp Cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 whole egg
4 tbsp Heavy Whipping cream
1-2 tbsp unsweetened milk (if a thinner crepe texture is desired)
Topping:
2 tbsp melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients into blender or bowl and mix.
- Heat a skillet to medium, add 1/2 tbsp coconut oil to skillet
- Pour crepe batter in skillet just enough for a thin layer and swirl skillet around to keep a nice smooth layer.
- Use spatula to periodically lift up edges of crepe
- When crepe is golden brown add 2 tbsp butter on top and wait for it to melt then crepe should slide right off the skillet ready to eat!
