INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (we recommend TeamKeto Chocolate Collagen Peptides)
1 tbsp Cocoa powder (for chocolate version only)
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Top with:
1 tbsp melted butter
Handful cacao nibs
Cinnamon
Syrup:
1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Couple Drops of Vanilla Extract
Couple Drops of Stevia Extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add almond flour, baking powder and protein powder into bowl.
- Then crack whole eggs into other bowl and whisk while adding coconut oil and unsweetened milk.
- Then pour whisked egg contents into other bowl and stir till batter is desired thickness.
Syrup:
- Add protein powder into bowl, then stir in the unsweetened milk and heavy cream.
- Whip/whisk thoroughly and let chill in fridge.
- Add vanilla and stevia to taste
Topping:
Butter, cacao nibs and cinnamon can be put on as individual toppings or try melting all 3 together in the microwave for 20 seconds.
