INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
2 tbsp unsweetened milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup of cooked broccoli
2-3 strips bacon chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a small bowl, beat eggs, egg whites, salt, pepper & unsweetened milk.
2. Add 1 tbsp coconut oil to a medium non-stick skillet on medium heat.
3. When skillet is warm, add the eggs, rotating pan to completely cover. Reduce heat to low
flame.
4. Lay the cheese down in the center of the eggs & top with broccoli & chopped bacon.
5. When the eggs are set, flip the sides over to the center to create your omelet.
