Workout Description: Set a timer for 1 minute of work, 2 minutes of rest. (You'll love/hate that long rest)
- Push up off the stair
- Jump squat onto the stair you original pushed off of! (I'm a shorty so I jumped 3 stairs!)
- Once you reach the top, CAREFULLY sprint down and start over until time runs out.
- Repeat this workout for 20-25 minutes, keeping your core engaged throughout the workout to protect that low back! You can always take an option to step up and squat, vs a jump!
