HIIT WORKOUT (Demo)

Workout Description: Set a timer for 1 minute of work, 2 minutes of rest. (You'll love/hate that long rest)

  • Push up off the stair
  • Jump squat onto the stair you original pushed off of! (I'm a shorty so I jumped 3 stairs!)
  • Once you reach the top, CAREFULLY sprint down and start over until time runs out. 
  • Repeat this workout for 20-25 minutes, keeping your core engaged throughout the workout to protect that low back! You can always take an option to step up and squat, vs a jump!
