Cardio Circuit:

This is meant to be HIIT style training! Slow to Moderate pace at high reps for first exercise followed by short intense burst!

Resistance Band Circuit:

Do all 3 exercises at designated reps then repeat for 2nd set before moving onto the Abs.

Abs Circuit:

Do all 3 exercises at designated reps then repeat for 2nd set before you are done!

 

30 Butt Kickers (Slow Pace)
16 Butt Kickers (Fast Pace)



16 Side Hop Skiers (Slow Pace)
​8  Side Hop Skiers (Fast Pace)



30 Jumping Jacks (Slow Pace)
​10 Jumping Jacks (Fast Pace)

 



16 Lateral Hop (Slow Pace)
​8 Lateral Hop (Fast Pace)



Resistance Band Circuit:
30 Rb Lying Skull Crusher



Resistance Band Circuit:
30 Rb Standing 2 Arm Curl



Resistance Band Circuit:​
​30 Rb 2 Arm Tricep Kickback



Repeat All 3 Resistance Band Exercises for 2nd set before moving onto the Abs.

 

Abs Circuit:
25 Plank+Oblique



Abs Circuit:
25 Plank Alt. Knee to Chest



Abs Circuit:​
20 Plank Walk Up



Repeat All 3 Ab Exercises for 2nd set before finishing.
