In FABLETE 2.0 you will repeat each phase 2x
That means that you will REPEAT all Phase 2 workouts. This is exactly how I train. Your body needs repetition to reach maximum results. Since you've already done the workouts once you'll be able to hit the second round even harder.
Now I know what your thinking... you probably want to try a new workout. But TRUST ME this is what I do and this will be much more effective.
