INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoons black pepper
1 cans of black beans
1 cans of whole kernel corn
Several lettuce leaves
Optional: salsa
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown ground turkey, add taco seasoning, and stir for a few minutes.
Add black beans (drained) and corn (drained).
Mix it all together.
Roll it up in a lettuce leaf and eat like a taco, or eat it on top of the lettuce like a salad.
