Workout Description: Tabata timing, 20 seconds of work, 10 second rest. 10 rounds, then rest for 2 minutes.
Workout Description: Timer set to 15 seconds of explosive and quick work, then 45 seconds rest for 15-30 minutes.
Workout Description: 3 Jacks and then land in a squat on the last one. 20 seconds.
Workout Description: Set a timer. Perform each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest, back to back- rest one minute and repeat the circuit 3-5 times.
