Servings: 1 (2-3 pancakes)
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
1 whole egg
1/4 cup egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp ground flax seed
INSTRUCTIONS:
Run everything through the blender on medium low speed until very well mixed.
Heat a nonstick griddle to medium high heat. Add batter in small circles - about ¼ cup per pancake. When the edges start to look dry (2-3 minutes), flip and cook another minute or two on the other side.
Top as desired with syrup (Walden Farms calorie free good option), peanut butter, dark chocolate chips or other frozen fruit such as strawberries or blueberries.
