Breakfast Bowls (Low-Carb)

Macros for 1 Serving:

PRO: 22 g.  CARB: 5 g.  FATS: 11 g. 

INGREDIENTS:
3 egg whites or 1/2 cup liquid whites

4 mushrooms, chopped
4 grape tomatoes, chopped
1/4 avocado, diced
3 links turkey sausage or bacon

DIRECTIONS:
In a small skillet cook sausage/bacon according to the package directions. Remove from pan, and chop.

Add mushrooms to the pan and saute until golden brown. Return sausage/bacon to the pan.
In a separate skillet scramble the egg whites. Season with salt and pepper.
Put scrambled egg whites into a bowl. Top with sausage/bacon and mushrooms. Add tomatoes and avocado.
