INGREDIENTS:
1 slice Multi Grain bread  (Dave's Killer Bread if available) 

4 oz Salmon
1 whole egg, cooked however

1/4 avocado and/or thinnly sliced cucumber

DIRECTIONS: 
Cook salmon and pull apart in thin pieces on top of toasted bread, cook egg, assemble, and enjoy!

*for gluten-free option, substitute gluten-free toast
