Breakfast Quinoa & Egg Whites (High-Carb)

Macros for 1 Serving:

PRO: 23 g.  CARBS: 25 g.  FATS: 6.5 g.*

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. cooked quinoa
2 tbsp dried or 1/2 c. fresh berries
2 tbsp chopped nuts
2 tbsp of seeds chia, flax  or coconut flakes
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c. chilled almond or coconut milk

*To reach desired macros, pair with 3 egg whites on the side.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook quinoa per the instructions, and fluff with a fork.
Toss in all the ingredients into a bowl. Mix together.
Pour in about 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk. Pair meal with 3 cooked egg whites prepared to your preference.
