Turkey Bacon & Broccoli Omelet (Low-Carb)

Macros for 1 Serving:

PRO: 30 g.  CARBS: 2 g.  FATS: 15 g.

INGREDIENTS:

2 whole eggs 
2 egg whites or 1/4 c. liquid whites
2 tbsp. almond or dairy free milk
1 cup cooked broccoli
3 strips turkey bacon or sausage, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a small bowl, beat eggs, egg whites, salt, pepper & milk. 
In a medium non-stick skillet on medium heat, spray the pan lightly with spray. 
When skillet is warm, add the eggs, rotating pan to completely cover. Reduce heat to low flame. 
Top eggs with broccoli & chopped turkey bacon/sausage. 
When the eggs are set, flip the sides over to the center to create your omelet.
