Workout Description:
Tabata = as many reps as possible in 20 sec then 10 sec rest each exercise. Repeat 2-3 rounds

Plank + knee tuck (alt sides)
Plank + side obliques (alt sides, from elbows)
Hip Thrusters
Side Plank   (both sides)
V-sits (both legs up)
